Information for the Reservation
The minimum reservation required for our guests at Hotel Xcaret is 3 NIGHTS and up to a maximum of 8 nights per guest, To celebrate our wedding, the hotel indicates that 80% of the total number of guests must be staying in Xcaret. Having activities scheduled from Friday to Sunday, guests are advised to take advantage and add another night to enjoy everything that the hotel provides, the discount is 25% on the rate published by the hotel, the reservation is not transferable, it is not refundable, and 100% of the payment is required at the time of making the reservation, in addition as required the holder of the room must be over 30 years of age and have a stable job

To be contacted by the hotel please fill out the form found on this page. within 24 to 48 hrs the hotel will contact you, once you have your reservation made please notify us (Isha or Victor) via message, call, to count your entry to our event. We only have 40 spaces available for our event.
In the case of guests staying outside the xcaret hotel, any guest wishing to attend our ceremony must pay a fee of 200 dlls per person, the paid link will be sent via email (We have an extra guest limit, that number will be confirmed 3 months before the ceremony and guests will be advised to confirm their attendance. so it is requested to fill out the form and notify us that you are staying in another hotel.)
